Welcome to the research project titled:
Improving sleep to protect brain health in adults aged 60 and older: Assessing a novel cognitive-behavioral program for insomnia using a multidomain web platform.

This research project evaluates how an online sleep intervention improves sleep, mental wellbeing, and brain health. It involves a 10-week program with modules that will teach you strategies aiming at fostering good sleep quality and better mental health. It also involves a control group formed of good sleepers

The questions in this online form should take 20-45 minutes to complete and aim to :
1) Determine if you would join this research project via the study site based in Montreal or the one based in Ottawa/Gatineau (We cover all of Quebec and Ontario)
2) Determine if you would fall in the insomnia group or the good sleepers group
3) Give you more information about the study so you can decide whether you would like to participate or not
4) Determine if you meet the first set of selection criteria to join the study

Note that you can take a break at any time (simply resume the form on the same internet browser on which you started (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari) and make sure you don't clear your cookies).

Once you answer these questions, one of our team members will contact you.
